IMPORTANT NOTICE - FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS AND TRADE ORDERS INVOLVING SPECIFIED PERSONS

Dear Valued Clients,

We wish to inform that pursuant to Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") Directive on "Dealings with Specified Person and in Restricted Currency", in order to facilitate adherence to the regulatory requirement in relation to transactions with or involving Specified Persons, trade orders related to Israel incorporated / related companies listed on the Recognised Stock Exchanges which are currently known to RHBIB to be involving Specified Persons, will not be accepted for trading (online and offline) via RHBIB's trading platforms with immediate effect.
