Take Control of Your Security: New Numeric PIN Option
We heard you! Now, you can set your Trading PIN to a full numeric format. This new option makes it easier to recall your Trading PIN while still maintaining its security.
Please note, changing your PIN is not mandatory. You can continue using your current PIN or reset it using the alphanumeric format if you prefer.
To change your Trading PIN, simply log in to your account
and follow below step.
Mobile App (Android/ iOS)
Login to your account.

On the top left corner, click "" Menu

Select "" Settings

Select "Change Trading PIN"

Key-in
- Current Trading PIN
- New Trading PIN
- Confirm New Trading PIN

Click 'UPDATE' to complete
Desktop App
Login to your account.

On the top left account corner, click "Account" tab

Select "Change Trading PIN"

Key-in
- Current Trading PIN
- New Trading PIN
- Confirm New Trading PIN

Click 'UPDATE' to complete
Web Browser
Login to your account.

On the top right account corner, click "Edit Profile" tab

Select "PIN and Password", then scroll down until "Change Trading PIN"

- Current Trading PIN
- New Trading PIN
- Confirm New Trading PIN

Click 'UPDATE' to complete
